Terms of Service

By ordering, accessing or using any Worldwide Hosters service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must supply accurate, current registration and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

We provide shared and reseller cPanel hosting, specialised hosting, domain registration and management, website and application development, and social media marketing (SMM) services. Resource limits, features and specifications are those published on the relevant product page at the time of purchase and may be revised on reasonable notice.

• Prices are displayed primarily in USD. Payments in XAF (FCFA) are converted at the rate shown at checkout.
• Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected (monthly, annual or multi-year).
• We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, cards, cryptocurrency and account wallet balance.
• Invoices are due on issue. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated with data deletion.
• Taxes, bank charges and payment-processor fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Hosting services renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Domain names renew subject to registry rules and are only guaranteed once payment clears. You may cancel at any time from your client area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.

• Shared hosting: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first term for new customers.
• Non-refundable: domain registrations, transfers and renewals, SSL certificates, SMM orders once submitted, development deposits after work has commenced, and specialised/bulletproof services.
• No refunds where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or as wallet credit where the original method cannot receive funds.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, transmit and back it up to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; any backups we take are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Use of the services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services without prior notice where there is illegal activity, a security incident, abuse affecting other customers, non-payment, or a valid legal order. Where practical we will notify you and give an opportunity to remedy.

We target 99.9% network availability, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and issues arising from your own code, third-party services or misuse. Support is provided by ticket, email and WhatsApp.

Some features rely on third parties (registry operators, Cloudflare, payment processors, SMM providers and email delivery). Their availability and terms are outside our control and may affect delivery.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the event.

You will indemnify Worldwide Hosters against claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: support@worldwidehosters.com.
