How to buy hosting with MTN Mobile Money

Before you start

• An MTN MoMo or Orange Money wallet with enough balance for the FCFA total
• Your phone in hand and unlocked to approve the prompt
• The domain name you want, or an existing domain you will point to us
• A valid email address — your login details and invoice are sent there

The steps

• Pick your hosting plan and billing term, then continue to checkout
• Add or search for your domain name and confirm it is available
• Create your account with a valid email address
• Accept the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy
• Choose Mobile Money and enter the number registered to your wallet
• Approve the prompt on your handset with your PIN
• Wait on the confirmation screen while provisioning runs

What happens after payment

Provisioning is automatic. We create your Cloudflare zone, register or connect your domain with those nameservers, create the cPanel account, configure DNS and mail records, and email your login details. This normally completes within a few minutes; the order page shows live progress at each step.

If the prompt does not arrive

• Confirm the number you entered is the one registered to the wallet
• Check that your wallet balance covers the full FCFA amount
• Wait thirty seconds, then retry once — never approve two prompts for one order
• Dial your operator's Mobile Money menu to confirm the wallet is active
• If it still fails, open a support ticket with the order number and we will reconcile it

Frequently asked questions

Is there an extra fee for paying with Mobile Money?

We do not add a surcharge. Your mobile operator may apply its own transaction fee, which appears on your wallet statement.

Can I pay with Orange Money instead?

Yes. Orange Money works the same way — choose Mobile Money and enter your Orange number.

I was debited but my service is not active. What now?

Open a support ticket with the transaction ID from your wallet SMS. Payments are reconciled against the order and either provisioned or refunded.
