1. Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material — reported immediately to law enforcement, with instant termination.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, including warez, cracks, key generators and pirated media.
- Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, botnet controllers, credential stealers or phishing pages.
- Content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, violence against people, or unlawful discrimination or hate.
- Fraudulent schemes, fake shops, carding, money laundering, and unlicensed financial or investment offerings.
- Content unlawful under Cameroonian law or the law of the jurisdiction where it is hosted or targeted.
2. Prohibited activities
- Unauthorised access, scanning, penetration testing or denial-of-service against any system you do not own.
- Running open proxies, open mail relays, open recursive DNS resolvers or Tor exit nodes on shared plans.
- Cryptocurrency mining, torrent seeding, or public file-dump and streaming services on shared plans.
- Attempting to bypass account isolation, resource limits, billing or suspension controls.
- Falsifying headers, WHOIS details, sender identity or your own registration data.
3. Email and anti-spam
- No unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), whether sent from our network or advertising a site hosted with us.
- Mailing lists must be verified opt-in with a record of consent and a working unsubscribe link in every message.
- Shared hosting outbound mail is rate-limited; use a reputable relay for bulk sending.
- Purchased, scraped or harvested lists are prohibited.
4. Resource usage
Shared and reseller plans are for normal website workloads. We may throttle, isolate or ask you to upgrade if an account consistently harms other users on the same server through CPU, memory, I/O, inode, database or process usage. "Unmetered" or "unlimited" attributes are subject to this fair-use rule.
5. Security responsibilities
- Keep applications, themes, plugins and dependencies patched.
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Remove compromised or abandoned software promptly; we may quarantine infected files to protect the server.
6. Specialised and privacy-oriented hosting
Our specialised hosting products offer greater tolerance for lawful but controversial content. They never permit child sexual abuse material, terrorism, phishing, malware distribution, spam, carding or fraud. All statutory obligations and valid legal orders continue to apply.
7. Marketing and SMM services
SMM services must comply with the terms of the platform they target. We do not guarantee results and are not responsible for actions taken by a platform against your account. Do not order services for accounts you do not own or control.
8. Enforcement
Violations may lead to content removal, service suspension, termination without refund, and referral to law enforcement. Where the issue is minor and low-risk we will normally contact you first with a remediation window. You are responsible for the conduct of your end users and reseller clients.
9. Reporting abuse
Report abuse, phishing, spam or security issues to abuse@worldwidehosters.com with URLs, headers, timestamps (with time zone) and evidence. We investigate every report and prioritise those involving active harm.
