FAQ
Some pressing questions we have answered
We pick suppliers for a variety of reasons, many of which may not be immediately apparent. We require high-end servers at every location, with NvME disks and Epyc CPUs. In order to keep our costs for resellers low, we also need to be able to obtain bandwidth and disk space at competitive rates, but since the majority of these providers (aside from hyperscalers) charge us the same rates, the issue isn’t truly one of cost.
Considerable DDOS inline filtering, speed of resolution and response, the use of green energy in the underlying data centers, how quickly an infrastructure provider responds to abuse reports, and whether they can grant us access via an API are a few factors that may determine why we choose a specific provider in a specific location. Within India

We are extremely upfront about what we run, so theoretically you could. Nothing prevents you from setting up a server and installing the software we use at one of the aforementioned providers. We have scaled up and automated the process, and we back it up with excellent support, migrations, monitoring, etc. Over 30 people work on our team.
